Young Leaders Equipping Cohort
At Kairos Partnerships, we’re passionate about equipping hungry kingdom leaders of all ages. But we also have a special burden to build into the next generation of leaders. This is why we’ve developed the Young Leaders Equipping Cohort (YLEC), a deeply discounted year-long equipping opportunity for young leaders to be mentored, encouraged, and equipped by Kairos Partnerships Coaches.
This cohort is offered to leaders – male or female – between the ages of 22 and 34 who desire to learn rhythms of health, glean wisdom and perspective, and acquire valuable tools and resources to implement in their leadership contexts.

We will be offering two separate tracks that can find outlined below. Space is very limited. Only 5-8 leaders will be accepted for each track. Leaders do not have to be serving in official ministry positions to apply.
Cohort Tracks
Young Leaders Equipping Cohort - Group Coaching Track
One-year commitment.
Leaders will meet on 60-minute Zoom calls each month.
Leaders will be able to learn and grow with other young leaders.
Leaders will have access to a monthly email to leaders written by J.R. Briggs.
Cost is $49 per month.
Young Leaders Equipping Cohort - Individual Coaching Track
One-year commitment.
Leaders will be assigned a personal coach for the year.
Leaders will meet with their coach for a 60-minute coaching session each month through the year.
Leaders will have access to a monthly email to leaders written by J.R. Briggs.
Cost is $1,195 for the year.
