With over 14 years of experience in operations and change management, Katie Lukashow has built a career around moving organizations through critical inflection points. Her journey has taken her from managing medical operations in post-war Iraq to guiding U.S. businesses through scaling challenges and strategic transitions. She has learned that the power of transformation lies in the strength of your team and your commitment to the end-user, not just your resources.

Alongside her professional roles, Katie has completed a Masters of Global Leadership at Western Seminary and a Working Genius Certified facilitator.

Outside of work, she is a lifelong learner, captivated by the intersections of theology, business, and hospitality. Katie lives in New Mexico with her husband and their two Iraqi rescue dogs, where she finds joy in trail running and winemaking.
